By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

We sell undyed organic cotton socks in adult and kids sizes. We try to describe and show our products accurately. Because the cotton is undyed, its natural colour can vary slightly between batches.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in AED.

All orders must be paid in full when you order. We don't offer cash on delivery.

If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before shipping. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the UAE only. We don't ship outside the UAE.

Orders are fulfilled by swftbox in Dubai.

Orders placed by 12pm get same-day delivery across the UAE. Later orders arrive the next day.

Delivery fee: AED 25. Free delivery on orders of AED 195 and over.

6. Returns and refunds

We only accept returns for items that arrive faulty, or if we sent the wrong product or size.

We don't accept change-of-mind returns. For hygiene reasons, worn socks can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Return shipping is free.

You can choose a replacement or a refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

7. Using our website

Please don't misuse this website, copy its content, or use it for anything unlawful. All text, images, and branding on this site belong to STROMA.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Jurisdiction: the courts of Dubai.
